Not your typical personal trainer in Harrogate

I’m 40, I have a naturally curvy body type and thyroid hormone issues. So, I fully understand the challenges that many people face in the pursuit of feeling happy in their body and how standard exercise and lifestyle strategies need to be adapted with age to continue to yield results.

I’ve learnt that fitness is so much more than the pursuit of aesthetics. It’s about feeling strong, powerful and comfortable in how your body moves and feels. However, if fat loss is your main objective, I’ve developed a method that will work brilliantly for most – as long as you are prepared to make a long term investment in yourself rather than looking for a quick fix.

We’ll build your body up so that it’s working and moving at its best, fuelling your metabolism to work optimally and sustainably, rather than depleting it. I’ll train you up as an athlete, shifting the focus to training for a sport, hobby or event. You’ll feel energised, more comfortable in your body and happier and more confident in everyday life.
